The modules and components developed by all IR: Modules & more are particularly well suited for thermal processes that are needed in industry and research.

         - Drying
During drying, water, solvents or other liquids are eliminated from the base material.

         - Sintering
During sintering, mostly granular or powdery substances are combined in a thermal process,
           compacted or bonded.

         - Annealing
During annealing, the material is heated until the material achieves the desired properties.

         - Hardening
During hardening, a material is heated for so long and then cooled abruptly, so that the me
           chanical
resistance of the material increases.

The products offered by all IR: Modules & more use infrared light. Depending on the product specification, ultra short-wave, short-wave or medium-wave infrared light is used.

all IR: Modules & more defines the color temperature ranges as follows:

        - 2.600 K - 2.800 K ultra short-wave
        - 2.200 K - 2.500 K short-wave
        - 1.800 K - 2.000 K medium-wave
