Prepayment

After checking your order, we will send you an order confirmation and an invoice in PDF format by e-mail.

After receipt of the invoice amount on the bank account of all IR: Modules & more GmbH, all IR: Modules & more GmbH will ship the ordered and paid goods within 3 - 5 days.

Credit cards

all IR: Modules & more GmbH accepts payment by Mastercard and Visa credit cards.

After the invoice amount has been credited to the account of all IR: Modules & more GmbH with our payment provider, all IR: Modules & more GmbH will ship the ordered and paid goods within 3 - 5 days.

Purchase on account

all IR: Modules & more GmbH offers "purchase on account" in cooperation with a credit insurance company. For this purpose, data must be exchanged with the credit insurance company. See also the information on "Credit Checks" in the Privacy Policy.

"Purchase on account" is available if the customer is located in one of the following countries, the credit insurance company issues a limit and the order value is less than the credit limit:

Shipping and Packaging Costs

The shipping costs indicated in the shop of all IR: Modules & more GmbH include not only the logistics costs but also the costs for the packaging of our high-quality products.

all IR: Modules & more GmbH ships the modules, accessories and the small power supplies (aIR PP 210 und aIR PP 230) as a parcel with DHL by default.
Power supplies (except aIR PP 210 and aIR PP 230) and Bundles (except those including aIR PP210 and aIR PP 230) are always shipped on pallets by forwarding agents for safety reasons.

If several articles are available for dispatch, all IR: Modules & more GmbH will try to combine the articles in a reasonable way in order to minimise the shipping costs if possible.

If the weight of the shopping basket exceeds 25 kg, parcel shipment is only possible if reasonable parcel units can be packed under 25 kg and the sum of the prices of the individual parcels is below the price for pallet shipment.

The delivery time specified on the product pages (usually 3-5 days) describes the time between the receipt of the invoice amount and the shipment date of the ordered and paid goods by all IR: Modules & more GmbH to our logistics service provider DHL or the forwarding agent.

all IR: Modules & more GmbH has divided the shipping costs for parcel shipment (< 25 kg) into the following 4 (four) shipping methods:
 

• DHL national includes shipping and packaging costs within Germany
• DHL EU includes shipping and packaging costs within the EU.   
  This shipping method includes shipments to: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark (except Faroe Islands, Greenland), Estonia, Finland (except the Aegean Islands), France (except overseas territories and departments), Greece (except Mount Athos), Ireland, Italy (except Livigno and Campione d'Italia), Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands (except non-European areas), Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (except Canary Islands Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Czech Republic, Hungary and Cyprus (except northern part)
• DHL Europe (excluding the EU) includes shipping and packaging costs to Switzerland and European countries that are not members of the EU.   
  This shipping method includes deliveries to the following countries: Switzerland, Aegean Islands (Finland), Andorra, Faroe Islands (Denmark), Gibraltar, United Kingdom, Greenland (Denmark), Iceland, Channel Islands (United Kingdom), Canary Islands (Spain), Lichtenstein, Norway , San Marino, and Turkey
• DHL International includes shipping and packaging costs for deliveries to the following countries: Argentina, Australia, Bahrain, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Hong Kong SAR, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Oman, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Quatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Uruguay, United Arab Emirates and United States of America

all IR: Modules & more GmbH has divided the shipping costs for pallet shipment (> 25 kg) into the following 5 (five) shipping methods:

• national pallet shipment includes shipping and packaging costs within Germany.
• EU 1  pallet shipment includes shipping and packaging costs for shipments to Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands (excluding non-European territories).
• EU 2 Pallet Shipment includes shipping and packaging costs for delivery to France (except overseas territories and departments), Italy, Monaco, San Marino, Spain (except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and United Kingdom (except Channel Islands and overseas territories).
• Switzerland pallet shipment includes shipping and packaging costs for shipments to Switzerland and Lichtenstein and includes the costs of customs clearance.
• other countries pallet shipment includes shipping and packaging costs for deliveries to the following countries: Aland Islands (Finland), Andorra, Argentina, Australia, Bahrain, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, China, Channel Islands (United Kingdom), Canary Islands (Spain), Channel Islands (United Kingdom), Denmark, Estonia, Finland (except Aland Islands), France (overseas territories and departments only), Gibraltar, Greece (except Mount Athos), Hong Kong SAR, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Croatia, Kuwait, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Sweden, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, Czech Republic, Thailand, Turkey, Hungary, Uruguay, United Arab Emirates, United States of America, Cyprus

The countries mentioned under the various shipping methods are also the countries to which all IR: Modules & more GmbH delivers. We are happy to check deliveries to unlisted countries, please send us an inquiry via the contact form.

To countries, for which economic and / or political sanctions are valid, we do not deliver in principle and we will always deny such requests.
