Exclusion of right of withdrawal

All offers of all IR: Modules & more GmbH are aimed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB, legal entities under public law or public law special funds.

The goods of all IR: Modules & more GmbH are intended solely for commercial, industrial and scientific applications and not for private use.

For entrepreneurs a right of withdrawal from orders is excluded.
The legal regulations on the right of withdrawal from consumer contracts are not applicable.

For entrepreneurs an exchange or return of the goods is excluded.

Excluded from this regulation are the rights from warranty due to material or performance defects in accordance with the general terms and conditions of all IR: Modules & more GmbH.
